Handover

Review the affected WordPress pages after each change.

Check the actual page output and the visitor journey. A saved setting or plugin score does not establish that the intended title, content, canonical and form behavior reached the public page.

Our process

From WordPress review to verified improvements.

Each stage has a purpose, an owner and something useful for you to review.

  1. 01

    Review the website

Confirm priority services, page types, theme/plugin setup and available search data.

    Prioritize the changes

  3. 03

    Implement the agreed scope

Prepare the backup and release approach, then make the reviewed changes.

  4. 04

    Verify and hand over

Check the public pages, inquiry behavior and documentation for the affected work.

01

WordPress SEO services with a practical implementation plan

A WordPress website can have useful content and still make important pages difficult to discover, understand or use. Prominice helps businesses review their existing WordPress setup, map buyer searches to the right pages and implement agreed improvements.

Start with the website you have. We look at the theme, plugins, templates, content and inquiry path together, then identify whether the next useful step is a focused WordPress SEO audit, implementation work or ongoing support.

02

When this service is a useful fit

This work suits a business with an established WordPress site whose service content, technical configuration or lead forms need attention. It can also help a team preparing a redesign, changing a theme or moving content to a new site.

For a US search campaign, define the customers and services you want to reach before choosing keywords. A national audience, an actual local service area and a specialist industry have different content needs. We plan around your real coverage and offer.

03

What your WordPress SEO audit can cover

Indexing, archives and preferred URLs

Review the pages that should appear in search, then compare their status codes, robots directives, canonical tags and sitemap inclusion. WordPress categories, tags, author archives, attachments and internal search can create additional URL types. Their treatment should reflect the content they provide.

Canonical tags indicate a preferred URL; they are one signal among others. We check for conflicting signals across page output, links and sitemaps, using Google’s canonical URL guidance when interpreting the evidence.

Theme output and plugin configuration

Inspect the HTML a visitor receives, including the page title, headings, primary content and links. Where JavaScript changes the page, compare the rendered result with the initial response. We also review which component owns SEO metadata so theme code and plugins do not produce conflicting output.

A WordPress SEO plugin helps manage configuration. Choosing a plugin does not replace keyword research, credible service information or checking the page after a change. We work within the existing setup where it supports the agreed requirements.

Keyword ownership and useful page content

Group related searches by intent and assign each group to a suitable page. WordPress SEO agency, company, consultant and audit queries often belong in one coherent service journey. Creating several nearly identical pages for those variations can make the site harder to maintain and less useful.

We review titles, headings, copy, proof and internal links around what a buyer needs to decide. Existing guides can support the service page by explaining costs, migrations or planning decisions in more detail.

Mobile experience, performance and inquiries

Check important layouts, navigation and forms on representative screen sizes. Performance findings identify the page, device profile and test conditions. Where real-user data is available, we consider it alongside lab tests rather than treating one score as the complete visitor experience.

A successful inquiry should be stored and produce the intended analytics event. Validation errors, failed saves and test submissions should not become qualified leads. That connection between the page and the inquiry record is part of a useful implementation review.

04

WordPress project experience you can review

Prominice’s website development portfolio includes the following WordPress projects. They show delivery experience across different content and business needs. The examples below describe website work; campaign performance is reported only when supporting measurement is available.

Current Ventures — advisory website

Current Ventures brings its company story, services, insights and contact route into one business website. It is a relevant example for professional-service teams that need to explain their offer and guide visitors toward a conversation. View Current Ventures.

My Sport Live — sports media website

My Sport Live presents its broadcast services, viewing platform and news, with routes to its channel and contact form. It demonstrates a content-rich website context where editorial discovery and clear onward journeys matter. View My Sport Live.

Ribbon & Route Consulting — company and portfolio website

Ribbon & Route Consulting introduces its company, business verticals and portfolio brands, then connects visitors with more information and a contact route. The project is relevant to service businesses that need several offers to remain understandable within one website. View Ribbon & Route Consulting.

05

A completed improvement on Prominice’s own WordPress site

On September 6, 2026, we replaced generic service-page sections with relevant deliverables and quality checks across five existing pages. We also updated four generic SEO titles and descriptions and verified their output in public HTML.

The review checked one H1, one title, one meta description and a self-referencing canonical on each affected page. Contact, project-estimate and assistant submissions were then checked through stored test records and GA4 events. This is an example of implementation and verification on our own site; it does not establish a client traffic or revenue increase.

06

How implementation is scoped and reviewed

Each finding should identify the affected URL, evidence, impact, proposed fix and acceptance check. Agree which changes Prominice will implement and which need your developer, host or another provider. Audit recommendations and implementation are separate deliverables unless the proposal combines them.

Before a release, agree the backup, staging and rollback approach available for your setup. We document changes and check the affected public pages after release. A redesign or migration may also require a URL inventory, redirect map and launch review; our website migration SEO checklist explains the preparation.

07

What happens after the first fixes

Review delivered changes alongside relevant Search Console queries, landing-page visits and received inquiries. Your team decides which inquiries match the service, project scope and customer profile you can serve. Rankings and business outcomes depend on more than a single release.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

Do I need a particular WordPress SEO plugin?

No particular plugin is assumed. We review the current setup and identify which component should own the required metadata and settings. Plugin changes need a clear reason.

Will you work with our existing theme and developer?

Yes. The review identifies what the existing setup supports and which changes Prominice or your developer will own. A rebuild is considered only when the requirements justify it.

Is WordPress SEO a one-time audit or ongoing work?

The proposal can cover an audit, implementation or continued support. It should distinguish the deliverables, responsibilities and review points for each part.

Can you help before a redesign or migration?

Yes. The agreed scope can include important URLs, content decisions, redirect mapping and checks before and after release.

How is WordPress SEO progress measured?

Review completed changes alongside relevant Search Console queries, landing-page traffic and received inquiries. Your team identifies which inquiries qualify for the services you can deliver.

What determines the price?

Site size, template complexity, technical issues, content needs and implementation responsibilities shape the scope. A quote follows the review of your requirements.
