Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before scheduled work begins, any refundable amount is calculated after deducting non-recoverable costs such as purchased assets, third-party licences or transaction charges.
After work begins
Completed discovery, design, development, content, consultation and reserved production time are chargeable. Any refund is limited to the unused portion of fees after completed work and committed costs are accounted for.
Recurring services
SEO, maintenance, automation monitoring and other recurring services may be cancelled according to the notice period in the relevant proposal. Fees already earned for the active billing period are normally non-refundable.
